At BY LUNAS AUSTRALIA, we want you to love your fashion pieces; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns for store credit or exchanges within 14 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached to be eligible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original labels and tags are intact to avoid any processing delays.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your generated shipping label and drop your parcel off at any Australia Post location or your local courier hub.

• 4.
  Receive Your Credit

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, a store credit voucher or exchange confirmation will be emailed to you within 5 business days.
